Niagara Falls

I came here to see one of nature's wonders - and ended up in Mini Las Vegas:


Nature is still doing all right though, and the Falls make for a stunning sight - and are equally impressive to hear and feel:




They also make for a very decent view from the hotel:

CN Tower

Dining at over the height of the Eiffel Tower is quite an experience. Seeing planes land beneath, looking way down on the second highest building around is incredible. And then there's the sky pod, even higher up at 447 meters. The view over pretty much everything is spectacular:






The glass floor in a part of the observation deck is quite fun as well...

What an incredible place! I've been sceptical, but as really everyone kept insisting I visit that museum before leaving town, I caved. And boy was it worth it. The minerals exhibition alone is worth the ticket price.
Rows and rows of glittering, phosphorescent, weird, beautiful, colourful, really big crystals and minerals:


And then of course there's the huge dinosaur skeleton gallery.


And the stuffed birds of all sizes.


And lots of other stuff I didn't expect. But you have to admit that the museum's name is quite misleading ;-)
